By accessing and using OZIY-EDU (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

OZIY-EDU provides an online adaptive learning platform designed to help students prepare for the SAT. Features include adaptive practice tests, multiplayer educational games, performance analytics, leaderboards, and subscription plans for enhanced access.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. OZIY-EDU reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our security policies.

4. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy

We are committed to maintaining a fair and competitive environment. Use of automated scripts, browser extensions, bots, or exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in tests, ELO rankings, or multiplayer games is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in ELO resets, temporary suspensions, or permanent account bans at the discretion of our administration.

5. Subscription Plans & Limitations

OZIY-EDU offers Free, Pro, and Premium subscription tiers. Specific limits (e.g., number of full tests per month or week, multiplayer games) apply based on your active tier. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or limits with advance notice. Attempting to bypass subscription limitations via multiple accounts or technical exploits is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, question banks, adaptive algorithms, and software, is the property of OZIY-EDU and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide accurate educational content, OZIY-EDU makes no representations or warranties that use of the Platform will guarantee a specific score improvement on the official SAT.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OZIY-EDU, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and publishing the changed Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
